To create the flow to sync Customers from BigCommerce to NetSuite, we can use the inbuilt integration flows of BigCommerce – NetSuite.
In export , the connection is BigCommerce, provide BigCommerce connection, select the API version, API Name, API endpoint and Export type.
then save and close.
Add a Lookup for customer address
save and close.
Add the Lookup mapping – Lookup response field as ”data”, and source record field as ”Address”
In Import , the connection is NetSuite, provide NetSuite connection, record type as “customer” , operation as “add or update” and add filter.
Save and close .
Provide the necessary mapping in the destination (import).
NB: Don’t forget to map company name and subsidiary
save and close .
Enable and run the flow once the customer is added or updated in BigCommerce.
