To support your activity in the system, NetSuite creates folders in the File Cabinet and automatically adds relevant files to these folders. Some system folders include, but are not limited to:
- Attachments Sent
- Attachments Received
- SuiteBundles
- SuiteApps
- User Documents
- Web Site Hosting Files
Note – Only users with the Administrator role can see the User Documents folder.
Note – Within some system folders, no one can create new folders, make them private or inactive, or restrict access to the contents in the folder.
Users with the Administrator role can restrict access to attachment folders.
