To resolve this, the user role has to have a minimum permission level of ‘Edit’ for Customers. 1. Login as Administrator. 2. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles. 3. Edit the role. 4. In the Permissions tab > Lists subtab, set the Customers permission level to Edit or Full. 5. Click Save.
