The client has a Terms and Conditions file attached to the custom record ATE Transaction Email Preferences for sending the bulk billed invoices and receipts. While sending the transaction email the invoice details and terms and condition agreement should be attached to the attachments.But on sending the bulk billed invoice and receipts it was found that the Terms and Conditions file was not get attached in the attachments.
The reason behind the issue was the size of the file Processor Agreement and Terms and Conditions 2023 PDF is 9,329,622 bytes which is approximately greater than 9 MB. The customization to send out our bulk billed invoices and receipts is a part of the bundle installed in the account, which is locked. There may be some file attachment size limit set in the bundle installation script which restricts the file attachment above this size limit.
On attaching a file of small size we are able to sent the pdf as attachments.
