Testcase Documentation: Auto Email For Floor Display Arrival

Requirement:

Test and verify that an Auto email is sent when a Purchase order with PO Type “Display” and a non-blank End Destination is received in the warehouse.

An Auto email is required to be sent to the following roles when a Purchase order with PO Type “Display” and a non-blank End Destination is received in the warehouse:

  • invAHA Sales Manager
  • invAHA General Sales Manager
  • AHA Logistics Supermasster
  • AHA Logistics Master

The email should be sent when all items on the purchase order that don’t fall under the “Accessory” or “Parts” category are received.
