CONTEXT
As part of year end process of the organisation, The client wants to change the date of an approved journal which applied to another journal. While trying to edit and change the date the date filed is disabled.
SOLUTION
We have to un apply the journal. To un apply journal simply edit and save the journal(inform this to the client).
once unapplied edit the journal and change the date.
