- Created transaction saved search to fetch the details included in the Bill, along with their associated bin details, inventory status and quantity. Included the following columns in the search:
- Item Name
- Location
- Number
- Bin Number
- Status
- Quantity
- On hand
- Available
- Then created a sublist ‘Bill Details’ under ‘Related Records’ and added the saved search as a sublist on the bill record.
- To create sublist navigate to Customization > Forms > Sublist > New
- Created sublist under the tab ‘Related Records’ and selected the created search. The results from the search are now displayed within the newly created sublist under the ‘Related Records’ subtab.
- To display only the item details of the corresponding bill in the ‘Bill Details’ sublist on the bill record, open the search, navigate to the ‘Available Filters’ subtab, select ‘Internal ID,’ and enable the ‘Show in Filter Region’ checkbox.
