In NetSuite by standard the ship date in the sales order is calculated based on the availability of items and the shipping is excluded on Saturdays and Sundays.
We can include shipping on Saturdays and Sundays by standard NetSuite functionality for this navigate to
set -> accounting -> shipping
In Set Up Shipping check the checkboxes to ship on Saturday and Sundays
you can also set the NUMBER OF DAYS TO SHIPMENT
to set the ship date to the number of days after the order is placed
We can also restrict the shipping on Holidays by adding these dates in the preference
