So this error may occur if we don’t give the proper permission for the extension.
The extension’s service file is stored in the following path as shown in the image so for this we have to give the permission so that we can access them and the error will get rectified.
For giving the permission we have to navigate through Commerce –> Hosting –> SSP application –> New
then we have to give the Name, Application folder, URL root, Status and Library script file where we have to upload the script fie then in the permission click enable the save it. Now the permission is enabled and the error is rectified
