create a work flow

step 1. customization → workflow->new
        select record type = vender(any record)
        tick the enable logging option
        select ON CREATE and ON VIEW OR UPDATE
step2.  Create an action RETURN USER ERROR  Set condition if filed Email contains null
        print the message After the page sourcing Error "please  Enter your email"
