To Update Address field using CSV import

User is updating the Address field that is exposed in the primary information section of the form.

  1. Navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records
  2. Import Type: Select Relationships
  3. Record Type: Select Customers Only
  4. CSV File(s): Click Select… and select the file
  5. Click Next
  6. Data Handling: Select Update
  7. Field Mapping:
  • Your Fields: Select Internal ID
  • NetSuite Fields: Select Internal ID
  • Your Fields: Select Address Line 1
  • NetSuite Fields: Select Address1
  • Your Fields: Select Address Line 2
  • NetSuite Fields: Select Address2
  • Your Fields: Select State
  • NetSuite Fields: Select State
  • Your Fields: Select Zip Code
  • NetSuite Fields: Select Zip
  • Your Fields: Select City
  • NetSuite Fields: Select City
  • NetSuite Field : Override

* Select Yes

The existing address in the record will be overwritten, and the new address will be displayed in the record.
