Total Contribution for Sales Reps Cannot Exceed 100%” in CSV Import

Scenario

Even if we include the sales rep contribution in the file used for the CSV import, the sale rep column in the sales team subtab in the lead record still generates the error “Total Contribution for Sales Reps Cannot Exceed 100%”.

Solution

1. Go to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records
2. Import Type: Select Relationship
3. Record Type: Select desired Type( here it is Lead Record )
4. CSV File(s): Select CSV file
5. Click Next
6. Click on Advanced Options
7. Overwrite Sublists: Enter Checkmark
8. Click Next and continue with the CSV Import
