Transaction Saved Search That Will Pull up All Item Fulfillment Records with Their Associated Invoice Number

User needs to create a Transaction Saved Search wherein the search results will show all Item Fulfillment records with their associated Invoice Numbers.

Solution

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Click Transaction
3. Search Title: Enter Item Fulfillment Search with Associated Invoice Number
4. Click Criteria
5. Click Standard
6. Filter:
7. Note: For every required field use the drop-down menu to select it and once adjusted click Add if needed.

• Select Type
• Description: Select Item Fulfillment
• Select Applied To Transaction: Type
• Note: To be able to select Applied To Transaction: Type, you need to select Applied to Transaction Fields… first.
• Description: Select Sales Order

• Select Applied To Transaction: Billing Transaction 
• Note: To be able to select Applied To Transaction: Billing Transaction, you need to select Applied to Transaction Fields… first.
