What transactions are shown in the Print Packing Slips page?

By design, this page considers fulfillment transactions only. If the Advanced Shipping feature is not enabled, this page shows Cash Sale and Invoice transaction records.

After enabling Advanced Shipping feature, why are existing Invoices and Cash Sales no longer showing?

It’s possible that the said feature is recently enabled in the account. Enabling Advance Shipping feature separates the fulfillment and billing transactions. Since the page is designed to capture fulfillment transactions only, only Sales Order and Vendor Return Authorization with Item Fulfillment records will be shown.

Prior to enabling the feature, fulfillment and billing processes are both incorporated in one transaction record only.

Why are some Sales Orders with Item Fulfillments not appearing on the page?

Possible reasons why some sales orders do no appear in the page are:

1. Packing Slip has already been generated for the transaction. To display, set Allow reprinting checkbox = T.

2. Based on preferences. For more information, see Item Fulfillment > Packing Slip not yet printed not showing on Print Packing Slip page.

3. If the Pick, Pack and Ship feature is enabled, make sure that Status is Picked. See Sales Orders Do Not Appear in Print Packing Slips Page for more information.
