Identifying Client Performance Issues

  1. Open Task Manager on your PC.
  2. Go to the Processes tab.
  3. Click on Memory to sort processes using RAM.
  • If your system is low on free memory, it may slow down NetSuite.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Close unused apps to free up memory.
  • Add a firewall rule to allow *.netsuite.com traffic.
  • Scan for spyware or background programs using resources.
  • Check if issue is form-specific (e.g., large sales orders).
  • Try different browsers and choose the one with better performance.
  • Disable browser add-ons, one at a time, to isolate issues.
