Troubleshooting NetSuite Performance Issues:
- Check the performance details across various pages and actions to identify any inconsistencies or slowdowns.
- Clear all cache memory to ensure that old data or temporary files are not affecting performance.
- Follow the client troubleshooting steps outlined in SuiteAnswers #48700 to address common issues and improve performance.
- Examine the APM health dashboard to look for any red flags or issues that might explain the performance problems.
- Review the APM Time Page Summary report and analyze the performance, noting that the NetSuite system accounted for most of the response time, which indicates that the issue might be within the system itself.
- Raise a basic support ticket and explain the issue to them, preferably via Zoom call so that we can demonstrate the issue.
- Following instructions from a previous NetSuite support consultant, undeploy India tax bundle scripts to determine if they are causing the slowness. Note any improvements in speed.
- Test using both standard forms and custom forms to see if the system slowness persists in both.
- Compare the performance details before and after undeploying all customization scripts and workflows, including the workflow mentioned in the previous email. Then redeploy these scripts and workflows and compare the performance details again to see if the performance issue improves.
- Document these observations and email them to the concerned party. If none of the above methods resolve the issue, raise a NetSuite APS/ACS ticket.
