Unable to Download Payment File

Scenario: Only Administrator able to dowmload Paymant file some roles are not able to download even if they have the Role Permission

Inference: The issue is regarding the restriction imposed on the role.

Solution:

Log In with the role with administrator

Select the the file which showed the error message or not able to download as shown below:

  1. Go to Documents > Files > File Cabinet.
  2. search the file and click on edit.

3.The folder is shown in the file, copy the folder name:

4. Return to file enter the folder name in search and click on the edit button on side of the folder.

5. Remove the data from Restrict columns and save.

Save it thus the issue is solved
