Unable to download Reports from NetSuite

SCENARIO

When the client try to export any standard report, they are not able to see the option to download the report via excel or csv etc..

REASON

The issue is due to the permission not provided to the role used by the Client.

SOLUTION

Identify the Role used by the employee.

1.Go to Employee record.

2.Under Access Subtab, click on the role Assigned to employee.

3.Edit the Role.

4.Provide Export list permission.

5.Save the Role

Request the employee to logout and login and try to run report and download.
