Scenario: Unable to send emails to all contacts in target group in Marketing Campaign
Solution: The mail will be send to the contacts within the target group only if it is having global subscription status as Soft Opt In.
Go to Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates > General Updates > Customer. Under Mass Updates Fields, Check Global Subscription status and select Soft Opt – In Click Save Click Perform Update and Refresh to make it complete 100%.
Note : This page is similar to a Saved Search, where you can define the:
- Filters used to select records to be updated
- Results columns to be displayed for an update
- Audience for an update
- Schedule to use for running the update (account administrators only)
- Field values to be updated for each record
