In the project management, The “Unbilled Cost report” shows only the approved expense report whereas the “Unbilled Time report” shows both approved and unapproved times. Is this a standard behavior of Netsuite? Is it possible to show an unapproved expense report in the Unbilled cost report?

Per checking, this is the behavior of the Unbilled Cost report. This report is unable to include non-posting transactions in our Financial Reports. Expense Reports without accounting approval do not create an accounting impact yet, thus are still considered non-posting. On the other hand, our Financial Reports in Netsuite are intended to pull posting transactions only thus filtering out Expense Reports still pending accounting approval.
