Upcoming Change to the SuiteAnalytics Connect ODBC Driver [February 16, 2026]

The root certificate for the SuiteAnalytics Connect Service will be rotated on February 16, 2026. After this change, old versions of the Linux ODBC driver for SuiteAnalytics Connect will stop working. If you are using a Linux ODBC driver, upgrade your driver to version 8.10.181 and adjust the Truststore parameter before February 16, 2026. If you are using other ODBC drivers, you are encouraged to verify that your truststore certificates are up to date.

What is changing?

On February 16, 2026, new DigiCert SSL certificates will be rotated on the SuiteAnalytics Connect servers. This change will cause older versions of the Linux ODBC driver for SuiteAnalytics Connect to stop working. This required driver update is necessary to maintain secure connectivity and prevent service interruptions. A new version of the Linux ODBC drivers supporting the new ca4.cer certificate is available for download as of November 3, 2025.

The new ca4.cer certificate is now also included in the Certificates.zip file, which is available for download from the Connect download page.

Required Actions

To continue using SuiteAnalytics Connect after February 16, 2026, before that date you must upgrade your Linux ODBC driver to version 8.10.181, and update your Truststore configuration to keep using SuiteAnalytics Connect. If you are using other drivers, you are encouraged to verify your truststore certificates.

Important: If you do not upgrade your Linux ODBC driver before February 16, 2026, you won’t be able to work with SuiteAnalytics Connect after that date.

To upgrade your Linux ODBC driver, do the following:

  1. Download and install Linux ODBC driver version 8.10.181 or later.
  2. Add the file path for the new ca4.cer certificate to your Truststore parameter in the driver configuration.
  3. Ensure the path to the existing ca3.cer remains in your Truststore.
