We can update the favicon on the website through configuration record. This method is one of the solution for when favicon is not visible on website.
Step1: Created new folder ‘img’ in ‘Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > SSP Applications > NetSuite Inc. – SCA 2020.1 > Development > favicon>img’. After that download favicon.ICO file from file cabinet and upload the file in img folder.
Step 2: Go to Commerce -> Websites -> Configuration, select the Domain and corresponding Website from the selection box, after that click configure button. Then the configuration window is open, here we can set the favicon path, so go to Advanced -> Favicon Path, here we set favicon as the favicon path and click the Save button.
Step 3: Goto Commerce-> Content Management->Cache Invalidation Requests -> New , here we select the Domain and Click the Submit Button for clear the cache.
Step 4: After that Refresh the website then we can see the favicon.
