Steps to install and activate Updraft Plus:
1.From site admin dashboard=>Plugin=>Add New=>search for UpdraftPlus
Click on Install=>Activate
“Updraft Plus ” will appear in the top or in the installed plugins
Click on Updraft plus in the top=>Back Up/Restore
Click on Back Now=>if we want to take back up
Or select any back up listed below and click Restore button,if we want to restore backup.

Back up will be stored in /var/www/html/wp-content/updraft folder while accessed through FileZila
