Lockouts happen—failed logins, lost phones, forgotten answers. As an admin, you can restore access in under a minute with User Access Reset Tool.
What you can do (pick one or many):
– Initiate Password Reset – sends reset email to the user.
– Clear Security Questions – forces re-enrollment on next sign-in.
– Unlock User – lifts the lockout immediately (no need to wait after 5 failed attempts).
– Reset 2FA – revokes registered devices/backup codes and regenerates a new QR.
How to use it:
1. Go to Setup -> Users/Roles -> User Access Reset Tool
2. Enter the user’s email
3. Tick the needed action(s)
4. Save — you’ll get a confirmation if the email is valid
