User unable to access SuiteAnalytics Workbook

Solution

Access affected Workbook: 

1. Log in as Administrator
2. Navigate to Analytics > Affected Workbook
3. Change the display of ‘Subsidiary’ field to ‘Child Level Only’ (No Hierarchy)
4. Click Save

Edit Custom Role:

1. Navigate to Setup > User/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit Affected Custom Role
2. Permission:

• Select Subsidiary Settings Manager
• Level: Select Edit
• Click Add​​​​​​​​​

1. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Click Save

Note: Ask the users under the affected custom role to log out and log in back into their account then access the affected SuiteAnalytics Workbook.
