Vendor Bill and Expense Report Requisite To Show In The Eft – Bill Payments Page

Scenario

In Payments > Payment Processing Bill Payment Processing, Vendor Bills and Expense Reports show on the EFT – Bill Payment screen when the following conditions are met:

Solution

A. Vendor Bills

  1. The Company’s Payment File Format and the Vendor’s Payment File Format are the same
  2. The A/P Account set in the EFT – Bill Payment Page and in the Vendor Bill are the same
  3. EFT Bill Payment checkbox in the Vendor Record is checked
  4. Vendor Bills are Approved
  5. Vendor Record is not “Inactive”. If the Vendor Record is Inactive, the Vendor Bill will not show in the Bill Payments Processing Page
  6. Subsidiary set in the Vendor Bill is the same Subsidiary set in the Bank Detail (account) used
  7. Vendor Bill Currency is the same with Company Bank Currency
  8.  

B. Expense Reports

  1. The Company’s Payment File Format and the Employee’s Payment File Format are the same
  2. The A/P Account set in the EFT – Bill Payment Page and in the Expense Reports are the same
  3. EFT Bill Payment checkbox in the Employee Record is checked
  4. Expense Reports are Approved
  5. Employee Record is not “Inactive”. If the Employee Record is Inactive, the Expense Report will not show in the Bill Payments Processing Page
  6. Subsidiary set in the Expense Report is the same Subsidiary set in the Bank Detail (account) used
  7. Expense Report Currency is the same with Company Bank Currency
