Vendor Message

Description :

The Client requires two solutions for the below requirements:

1. Vendor message in the purchase order is not attached to the email message sent to the specific recipient by checking the to be emailed check box option for emailing.
2. Once the save & email button is clicked,the next time this button is set as the default button,we need the save button as the default one always as we have save & new,Save & Print  and Save & email buttons available now in the form.

Steps to resolve:

1. I have customized the advanced PDF template SB-54 PO with Receive By to create a new one named SB-56 Email with Vendor Message, where I have updated the vendor message id before the pdf content. Then I customized the corresponding purchase order form and added the email message template as the updated advanced PDF Template.
2. As we don’t have any standard option to make the save button as the default one, we made these buttons hidden in the form. For hiding the buttons Save & New, Save & Print  and Save & Email in the transcation form by navigate through Actions>Standard Actions in the transaction form and uncheck show checkbox, then save the form. So that only the Save button will be visible at the same time new, print and email options are available there in the record.
