Viewing csv import status in custom role

By default, the csv import status, by navigating to Setup -> Import/Export -> Import csv status, will be visible only for administrator role. If the same is to be visible to custom roles, we need to navigate to Home -> Set Preferences -> Appearance and check the box “Use Classic Interface”. However, doing so will change the NetSuite tabs currently available for those roles.

Hence, the workaround suggested would be to enter the below link while using the role:

https://6336706.app.netsuite.com/app/setup/upload/csv/csvstatus.nl?whence=

In the above link, instead of 6336706 use the netsuite account number of the one you are currently using. 

It is suggested to add the link as a shortcut in the dashboard of the custom role.

Please note that you will be able to see the import status of all users but you will only be able to download the error file if you are the user performing the import or if you are using the Administrator role.
