The reason why emails are not being delivered to the employee ‘Ucca Bermejo’. In the employee record, it shows: “The following email addresses have experienced bounces recently. ucca.bermejo@oxtools.com Error Message: Hard Bounce – Other.”
Upon further review, we checked the list of bounced email addresses under Lists > Relationships > Bounced Email Addresses, and found that ucca.bermejo@oxtools.com is present in the bounced list.

Once an email address is marked as bounced, no further emails will be sent to it until it is either automatically removed (on the expiry date) or manually deleted from the list. In this case, the address is scheduled to be automatically removed on December 16. Alternatively, it can be manually removed by selecting the checkbox DELETE and clicking the delete button.
Once the address is removed from the bounced list, emails should be delivered successfully to ‘Ucca Bermejo’.
