WMS Shows Error “Please Enter Value for Status” Using Inventory Status

Issue

We turned on “Inventory Status” today and all seems to work well in the NetSuite UI. However, when using when attempting to Build Work Orders in WMS, we receive the error message “Please Enter Value(s) for: Status”

The status “Good” is shown when viewing the “Enter Quantity” screen.

Is there something that needs to be configured in WMS in order to use “Inventory Status”?

Solution

Any work order that had been picked (but not completed) prior to turning on the Inventory Status feature will throw an error.

Conversely, any work order that is picked following turning on Inventory Status can be completed (built) normally.
