Scenario: When client run the report by the year(column) filter, it shown the year column wise report, but the the year are shown in the columns are not in the date filter we have selected. For example: Date filter selected from Jan 1 2019 to Dec 31st 2021 and column filter were selected as year, the report shown the 2019,2020,2021 and 2022. why the 2022 year shown in the report?
Solution: Actually it is not an issue, the report is shown the result based on the accounting year. in the client Ns account when we checked the accounting period and company information, we found that ‘August’ is the ‘FIRST FISCAL MONTH’ of the fiscal year. The period of the financial year 2022 is from 8/1/2021 to 7/31/2022. Therefore all transactions are in this date range as shown in FY2022.
