A custom page is created to show the items and related sales details.
Purchase orders will be created with the quantity entered whenever the user chooses the items and clicks the “Generate Purchase Order” button.
Once the user clicks the generate purchase order button, the user navigates to the Custom record to view the processed status.

On View Child link access the child record will be opened
On viewing the Child record Purchase order details will be displayed

Solution
1.We can adjust the Reorder point and Stock level of an item based on location by unchecking the body level checkbox for Reorder point and Stock level.
2.Instead of using numerous join pages, we can use a saved search as a sublist in the status custom record to include the created purchase order list with specific criteria under the PO subtab. But, we should check with resources to see whether they faced any issues with the sublist.
